    Hello,

    We are using WordPress for an ecommerce catalog site, and would love to use your plugin. The problem we are running into is when you hit the button to send the inquiry it isn’t sending. It spins in circles like it is loading, but then never sends! If you could help us with this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
    We are using the theme Primer and we have also tested it with other plugins therefore not a plugin compatibility issue.

    Hi there, I have the same problem, I have 3.0.9 WooCommerce Version, 3.0.3 WC Catalog Enquiry Version and 5.6.30 PHP Version. Also I am using Postman SMTP plugin in my contact forms so I don′t know if that affect the performance of the plugin.

    I will appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

    @hugraf Please disable ” Postman SMTP plugin” and recheck this again.

    No Moumita I have disabled the plugin and I get the same message error: Error in system please try later , maybe could be a problem from the PHP mail if is not enable by my hosting provider?

    @hugraf it will be better to contact your hosting provider because this error only comes when the mail function returns false.

    and 5.4.45 php version
