Enquiry emails copy Cc or Bcc

  • Is there a way to get a copy of the email enquiry confirmations sent to enquiries also Cc’d or Bcc’d to the Office email address?

    OK, I have found this, I had the Office email set incorrectly, and have fixed that now.

    Is there any way to customise the email template for this? And set the “Reply-to” to be the enquirer’s email address?
