• Hi ??

    I have gone through all the settings and believe them to be all set up correctly however the button is not appearing on the product pages.

    I have cleared cache, viewed on browser that has not visited site etc – not button.

    Please advise.

    Apologies for the delay in response, could you deactivate one plugin at a time and test the issue? It might be due to a conflict with another plugin.

    No luck – I barely have any plugins on to start with and nothing is conflicting with your plugin (or everything is as still not working).

    I have just completed the settings at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=product-enquiry-for-woocommerce – was there something else I had to do?

    Really keen to utilise your plugin if you can offer any further advice.

    WE have tested the PE Free plugin with the latest version of Woocommerce and WordPress and it is visible on the product page. This seems to be a site-specific Issue.
