    Since the new upgrade my enquiry button has disappeared from the products page. Instead the add to cart button appears. I have not changed the settings. Catalog mode is turned on. Everything is updated. Am I missing something?
    I turned off all plugins, but nothing changes. It dos not appear to be a plugin conflict.

    Also, my css formating of te button disappeared (you have changed the class name apparently), but that is least of the issue.

    Could you please help me out!

  • New installation of 3.22, saw an update available, updated to 4, setup nice and simple, add enquiry button, no exclusions, there is no button there. i have checked and double checked settings, very simple setup, it is not working at all.

    I do receive an error message upon upgrade:

    woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/Woocommerce_Catalog_Enquiry.php
    b?vítmény kikapcsolásra került a k?vetkez? hiba miatt: A b?vítmény fájl nem létezik.

    translation:
    the plugin was turned of because of this bug: plugin file does not exist

    Hi @zsujoker,
    We have updated our main plugin file name. That’s why you are facing this issue. Can you please reactive the plugin again.

    We have recreated this exclution issue for user role in our end. We will fix this in our next update ( hopefully today ).

    I did exactly that I have turned it back on and it is not working at all.
    You could check the URL.
    No enqquiry button, only add to cart.

    What else should I try?

    For me unfortunately, it is not fixed.
    You can check it on the live site as well now for a short period. The staging is redirecting to wpstagecoachf for some reason.

    Can you please send a screen shot of your settings. 1st check Catalog Mode is enable or not ( if not then enable it ), second Product Enquiry Button is enable or not ( if not then enable it ), 3rd check Catalog Mode Applicable For and 4th check exclution

    Hello @rajsekharchatterjee11,

    I have found the problem on our side. It was with the exclusions.
    Apparently, someone created new caegories on our site without me knowing

    What was the 3rd one: 3rd check Catalog Mode Applicable? I could not figure that one out.
