enquiry button disappear from custom product page

  • enquiry button disappear from custom page

    we deactivated your plugin year ago as its not visible in custom build product page on flatsome theme, even today when i tried as per your shared document link no results.

    is the short code work on pro version only? as i am trying on free version and i could not see any result.

    Guide me how to fix this issue in free version.

    We understand your issues with using Shortcodes on the free version of the plugin. But we would like to clarify one thing: the Shortcodes are developed to be utilized only in the Pro version of the Product Enquiry Plugin.

    This feature cannot be made available in the Free Version of our plugin since it holds a most significant functionality of our plugin.

    @gowthamikamaraj Thanks for your clarification i am sharing a below feedback as a common user expectation.

    Strange a plugin can work on default theme, but not on custom product page… and a Shortcode matter to a theme owner to share on free version.

    Meaning you are limiting your own plugin for users to use and experience it and upgrade for pro features. As me i am not asking for pro features simply asking the theme to work wherever a user define it to display as it work on default theme. ?
