    Hello Evangelos,

Enquiry is sent to the admin email by default. If you want to change the email, please change the admin email in your Settings > General : Email Address. You will receive an email to confirm the email change at your new address. Confirm the new address for the new email to be active.

Hope this solves your issue. Write to us if you have further issues.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I wonder if there is an option to change the email in a different way. I usually have the WordPress email with a developer main email account, and for other purposes (an enquiry mailbox for this case) I create another one. I do this, mainly, to avoid scam and bots emails sent using the forms, to the main email account of the WordPress. If there is not a way to make the change on the code, maybe you can add that option to the settings?

    Thanks

    Hello andestrujillo,

You can now change the enquiry email from your Trips > Settings > Emails > Booking Notification.

You can add multiple emails separated by commas in the Sale Notification Emails Box as shown here.

I hope this is helpful in your scenario. If you have further question or need help, please feel free to write to us.

    Thank you!
