enqueued custom script – path to file

hi,

i enqueued my javavascrpt file with wp_enqueue_script(), it works, but a i dont know, how to use a php file inenqueued , i need it for jquery call getJSON. if i input a filename of this file,the path is se to to wp-admin folder. my php file is in root directory of my plugin.
