Enqueue theme styles inside a custom plugin?

    Hi @edge22. I have a custom plugin that I use for my PHP code. I want to create a similar one for the CSS I use with the theme (a subfolder inside a plugin) and then enqueue those styles inside the plugin. Is wp enqueue style function going to work? I don’t want to use the Simple CSS plugin. And is the CSS cacheable?
