bad translation paths

    Hi,
    we have a problem with the translation files and wpml says it should be.
    We have about 2,000 of these errors in the page load coin:

    [pid 2890633] access(“/home/webdev/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/packages/woocommerce-blocks/languages/woocommerce-pl_PL-aa7a3480f33a5581acfa9234d6a753d5.json”, R_OK) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

    The path above is wrong, there is no such directory as ‘languages’ in ‘woocommerce-blocks’ directory.

    I checked and the file exists but in ‘wp-content/languages/plugins’ directory.

    What could be the reason for these wrong paths?

  • I think I may have the same issue after updating from 7.1.0 to 7.1.1.
    Rolling back fixed the issue.
    Before that I got a server error (500)
    Too many redirects.
    Updating permalinks fixed it for a few minutes but it came back.

    Please keep me up to date if you find a fix

    This is the server error: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error.

    @orbit777 did update 7.2 fix the problem for you?

    not quite, from what I can see the paths have been corrected, but it still asks for files that do not exist, there are a lot of them.

    Are the strings you’re trying to translate part of WooCommerce Blocks?

    Loco Translate and other translation plugins can’t translate WooCommerce Blocks at the time being. This topic was previously discussed here.

    You can contribute to the native translation of the extension for the whole community from here.
