at the risk of starting a new thread – heaven forbid – what’s the best way to hunt for support for the spun theme? it is very tedious to go thru all the support threads, and using google isn’t much better ?

The search on www.remarpro.com is pretty dire, but it’s not going to get better soon because the guys who run the site have a massive to-do list and they don’t even get paid.
I don’t know the fundamentals of the search function on www.remarpro.com but it seems to pick up keywords in the title of threads. This is the reason we need to segregate threads so that topics in threads relate directly to the title in question. Otherwise nobody’s going to find anything.
Unfortunately for a long time people haven’t been contributing to the findability of support topics as they discuss multiple issues in the same thread, or jump in on other people’s threads to discuss their own issue. It probably benefits them in the short-term but not for everyone looking for topics in the long-term.

By all means use Google or another search engine to find threads on www.remarpro.com.
