Enlarged image not linking to thumbnail

  • I easily set up an album that linked to a gallery with numerous photos, but when I clicked on a photo for an enlarged version with text, I get the Photo Detail page with no photo or caption. I have tried deleting all the photos and saving the gallery, and then adding one photo, but the lightbox still is not working. If I edit the image thumbnail and view the “attachment page”, I see the enlarged photo with caption, but I cannot link this attachment page to the thumbnail.

  • Hi Stacey F what image file format are you using? For example are you adding bmp images or jpg images?

    Hi Stacey F,
    Can you check your server log file to see if there are any logs produced?
    If your server does not have sufficient memory it can get exhausted during the watermarking process.
    Check the PHP memory_limit value of your server also the server logs to see if any memory limit logs too.
