@schindler For the buttons size, you have to modify CSS in custom CSS area (or in your child theme stylesheet).

As for the Italian translation, the plugin is translation-ready so you can download the language .pot file and do your thing following these instructions.

P.S.: Sooner or later – if no one else comes forward – I’d like to do a NextGEN Italian translation and make it available, but I don’t know when I’ll get time to make it, so if you are in a hurry don’t wait for me.

@schindler – There is no option to change that text, @tizz is referring to creating a translation file where that text would be translated to the appropriate work in Italian.
