Enigma Service Link does not work

I have used the enigma theme on multiple sites. The home page services section learn more button on two sites I am able to link to a page of my choice. The new site I made only links to a services page not a page I created. How do I bypass the services page and go directly to a URL I choose? It functions one way on two sites and a different way on my new site.
