Enigma Parallax double menu displaying

    I have a double menu bar (mobile menu / toggle) displaying from laptop view. Also the menu toggle in mobile view does not display the horizontal bars. Tried checking the menu options in appearance/customizer also the back-end menu option directly within wordpress platform. Assistance is appreciated.
