    Hi. Nice plugin.

    I have a few workflow enhancement suggestions. I would be very happy to donate if you are able to deliver these:
    /post.php?post=12345&action=edit
    – Enable user to flag each individual application as review complete
    /post-new.php?post_type=aol_ad
    – Enable addition of hidden fields (only visible and completeable by reviewers)
    /edit.php?post_type=aol_application
    – Show the submitter username, not the User ID
    – Show the number of comments
    – Show if reviewed by current user (based on flag assigned above)
    – Sort by date of latest comment
    – Allow each reviewer to complete hidden fields, with summary below application
    – Ideally display values from fields too (obviously harder as they can vary)
    /edit.php?post_type=aol_ad&page=settings
    – Enable the selection of recipients based on current subscribers (https://kanbanwp.com/ does this well) but also allow admin to add more email addresses manually
    – Customize the email alert contents (looking at your code, it looks like you plan to do this anyway)

    I think, with these additions, you’ll have a super nice app.

    Thank you for sharing list of required enhancements in the plugin. We are already working on adding basic CRM functions in the plugin to make it more interesting & useful. Your suggestions have been noted & will be available at some points in plugin development. Version 1.9 is schedule in couple of days with great new features & we are checking what we can add quickly from your list.

    I also suggest enabling different email addresses to receive alerts for different categories. Not everyone needs to see every alert.
