[enhancement] Schedule times for posting

It would be great if it was possible to tell at which times the tweets should go. The times I’d like it to tweet are not at the same “distance” from each other and thus I can’t really use the hours between tweets :/

I’d like, for instance, to schedule a post at 9am, 1pm and 9pm.
