Enhancement Request: Lazy Load Image

  • I think it would be a great little performance enhancement to simply add loading=”lazy” to the images output by this widget. As far as I can tell, there’s basically no downside, but when used lower down on a page – especially in a footer – it would often save the visitor from even having to download the image.
