Enhancement Request: Email Headers override carrier settings

We noticed there doesn’t seem to be a way to have values entered in the Notifications > Settings > Carriers > Email > From Name & From Email fields and still have email headers in individual notifications honored. If the carrier fields have values, they override the individual notice email headers. It would be great to have the reverse be the case. If there’s a From header for a notification, that would be used instead of the values in the carrier settings.

If you keep the carrier email From Name and From Email blank, then individual notification email headers are used. However, we have a need to send most of our notices using a specific from and then select notices from a different from value. While we could accomplish this by adding From headers to all of our notifications, it would be easier if the notifications just simply override the carrier general settings.
