Enhancement Request: Podcast

  • We have started a podcast and found that if we set the “Date Preached” for a future date the program would appear on the podcast right after we published the sermon. Could the podcast part of the app check the “Date Preached” and not publish a message until that date has been reached?

  • Just a suggestion, how about instead of publishing immediately, set the “Publish” date to the date you want the podcast to become available. That way the time it becomes visible on the site (and in your podcast feed) are controlled by that, not the Date Preached field in the sermon.

    I’ll have to test that, which ever date we used, the message didn’t appear on the site until the proper day but was on the podcast feed immediately.
