Enhancement: Please add an action before the extra-page-display radios

Hello,

Wanted to suggest an enhancement. Would like an action added before the extra-page-display radios so one can add additional fields to the edit page form. Right now I simply added them to a theme version of the extras_pages_add_edit template file.

There already exists a bpge_page_manage action but would like something before the display radios as I’d like to keep them at the base of the form.
