Enhancement: Optional waitlist deadline, and waitlist user page

Hello,

an useful enhancement for the premium version would be an optional deadline as a date field where the potential customer could select the end date for notification.

Lets say he wants something for a Christmas gift which is currently out of stock. So he selects an end date of 19th December (so that the gift would arrive in time). After this date passes a cron job can safely remove the item from his waitlist. If the product arrives only in January than he wouldnt be interested in buying it anymore and would only be annoyed to receive a notification.

An other useful addition would be a special page with the user`s current waitlisted items, where he can edit the quantity and remove items.
