Enhancement

I was just wondering if it would be possible to enhance this plugin with functionality to remove the “Inline Link Editor” that has been introduced in WP 4.5, and always open the standard modal pop-up instead.

(I’m always adjusting the parameters of links that I insert, and this feature causes more work for me and is counterproductive)
