Enhanced Links Help Needed

I’m trying to get my archives set to where it’s all by year and you click the link and it opens up.

The code asks for:

<li><h2>Links</h2>
<?php enh_links_show_enhanced_links(); ?>
</li>

Yet i’m not sure where to put this at? I have a 3 columned theme and my archives are listed in my left sidebar.

If possible, I would like to set it up on my categories too so it shows only the main categories and will open up if you click it.
