Enhanced Form Plugin Admin Not Working

  • Fresh Install – When I try to login to the Enhanced Plugin Admin I get a 404 error. This is what the problem Permalink looks like:

    /wp-admin/enhanced-wordpress-contactformoptions-contactform.php

    All other links work properly.

    Permalink is set to: /%category%/%postname%.html

    Any ideas on how I can fix this?
