Enhanced File Protection Doesn’t Work

Thanks for this awesome plugin.
I have enabled Enhanced File Protection and PHP Dispatching.
And all files are on the sdm-uploads folder.
Also, i can see the .htacces is created automatically.
But visitors can still access file direct download link.
It’ll start downloading once clicked on. Visitors can even right-click on the button and copy the url, paste on browser and the file will start downloading, it doesn’t hide the direct download like.

I carried out a test in my dev site enabling the same features as you did above. When I go to the post with the download button, the following is the URL that is displayed when I put the mouse over the button.
http://localhost/tipstricks/?sdm_process_download=1&download_id=89As you can see above, the physical address for the download file is not revealed. Can you provide more information regarding your issue. How did you get to reveal your files physical URL? The following documentation might also help you with protecting your downloads.
