    Hi,

    Just updated to latest version of plugin and noticed some changes on review form under single product page. The plugin seems to be compatible with WPML but I still encounter some issues.

    For example when product page language is changed “Add a review” button and form does not show up. In English is there on most cases. For some products Finnish and Estonian also got that button there. What it depends on exactly? If I open up the product in Finnish, I’m not able to leave review on single product page.
    Have anyone else encounter such behaviour?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    I see the reviews summary bar is displayed in the Estonian and English languages, then the “Add a review” button will display there. In the Russian and Finnish languages, the reviews summary bar is not displayed and the button also is not displayed there.
    This option is enabled in Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions tab. You should check if it is available in Russian and Finnish languages. If not, I recommend contacting WPML support to get further assistance.

    Very strange. For some product the reviews summary bar and “Add a review” button is also not visible in English. It varies quite a bit which is very strange. Wondering if I’m only one with such issue.

    Quick question. Could it be that if the product does not have review in that language, summery bar and “Add a review” is not visible?

    Some products have it available only in English or Estonian, some for both. Some have it in Finnish but never seen one in Russian.

    For example – https://www.gogonano.com/product/textile-leather-nano-coating-spray/?lang=en

    This one has button available in all 3 languages – Estonian, English and Finnish. Something is not right here because summery bar only shows reviews that are inserted in that language, not over all languages which should be actually correct.

    Hopefully, someone can look into it and will get it sorted.

    Hi,

    Yes, that’s the case. If the product does not have a review, there should be a review form to submit a review. If you enable the option to show reviews in all languages, the review form will disappear and reviews from other languages will show. I’ve escalated this issue to the development team to fix it in future updates.

    I’m still looking fix from CR side. The issue is still there and do not have solution. My interest is here to get it solved.
