    Hi Guys,

Google is telling me I need to set up enhanced conversions . Can you please advise if your plugin is meant to support this? Is there a setting I need to activate?

    Hello aussieles,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

To set up enhanced conversions, I recommend checking out the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro plugin. This plugin offers enhanced eCommerce tracking specifically designed for WooCommerce sites, which should help meet Google’s requirements.

If you have any other questions I will be happy to answer. ??

    Best regards.

Thanks Zubair. I have done this. I can not see a switch – does the Pro Plugin send enhanced conversion data automatically? I tried watching the google video on checking if the enhanced conversions is working but the screen they show under Google ads : Goals : Summary : Diagnostics does not appear on my screen. ?

    Hi @aussieles

Yes, the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro plugin should automatically send enhanced conversion data to Google. There isn’t a specific switch to activate this, it’s part of the plugin’s functionality.

However, if you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue? Make sure to include a link to this thread, so we know what has been done already.

It can sometimes vary based on account settings. If you’re not seeing the “Goals: Summary: Diagnostics” section, it could be due to a difference in the version of Google Ads you’re using or your account configuration.

I would suggest reaching out to Google support for assistance with their interface. However, rest assured that the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro plugin is designed to fulfil Google’s requirements for enhanced conversions.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or need further clarification.
