    Hi
I have installed & activated your plugin but i am unable to find any data on google analytics. I have a question, does it support Checkout Labelling ( Checkout behaviour) or I have to work on it manually. I am getting confused whether I have to put code manually or this plugin fetch all data automatically.

I have gone through many blog they suggest me to add ga(‘require’, ‘ecommerce’); whitin universal analytic code. So if I have install the plugin already does it require to add this code ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @millennialmoneyminute,

Thank you for writing to us!

While using our plugin you don’t need to add any code manually on your store. Currently, our plugin is working perfectly on your store.

We would like to learn from you if Autoreturn is configured well for PayPal or not? because our plugin is designed to fetch Transaction data if the user is automatically redirected back to the thank you/order-received page after a successful transaction.

    Thanks & Regards,

Thank you for connecting . And Yes Autoreturn is configured well for PayPal.
So I want to know when I can see the reports in Analytics?
I have the following Checkout labelling steps:
    Review Cart
    Checkout
    Billing Info
    Proceed to Payment
    Send Receipt
Correct me if I should update these steps

    Hi,

    Thank you for the response!

This is very basic questions for which we suggest you go through the Documentation & FAQs of the plugin. It will help you to understand the working of the plugin. Also go through this support thread query which we have pinned down on the first page.

    Hope this helps!

Okay , does it support Universal analytics code or global tracking code both as on my website there are two code one is for universal ga that is added by plugin (Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)) and other is global gtag.js that is added manually. Does it work?

Here is mentioned “Enhanced Ecommerce is only supported by Universal Analytics”

    Hi @millennialmoneyminute,

Our plugin uses global site tracking method so, global site tracking code is there. While using our plugin no need to add universal analytics code from other plugin. Suggest you to remove universal analytics script from other plugin otherwise it will create discrepancy in your google analytics.

    Thanks & regards,

HI, by following your instruction I can see the results in enhanced eCommerce reporting.
In Checkout Behavior Analysis Its showing result in only two steps i.e Step 1. Checkout View Step 2.Billing Info but no results in step 3 Proceed to Payment step 4 Send Receipt

    Hi,

Our plugin will generate only 3 steps, the 4th step will be Sessions with Transactions generated by GA only.

In your store there is no standard Woocommerce Proceed to Pay button, direct Paypal button click option is there so our plugin will unable to track the 3rd step.

For the 4th step, the user should redirect back to the thank you page after purchase.

You can contact us directly at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com for more information.

    Hope this helps!
