Enhance “Always display content” label for unregistered embed providers

actually, it should display the host of the unregistered embed provider. Can you provide me a link to an embed or to the page you’ve embedded a content where it doesn’t work?

Did you experience this problem by yourself?

With the current version, I cannot reproduce the problem. I tested the iframe from the first link and it worked fine for me and displayed “Click here to display content from curius.de.”

Oh, that’s strange. Yes, I noticed it on three sites so far.

– WordPress: 5.8.2
– Themes: Twenty Twenty-One, Justread Child, Hueman
– Plugin: Embed Privacy 1.3.6

On the first site I disabled all plugins except Embed Privacy and it didn’t help. Would you like to check it yourself? I still have your email address from our last contact and could provide you with an account.

I could reproduce the issue. In my version, I just added a link as iframe by myself. If you however use the oEmbed functionality but Embed Privacy doesn’t know the embedded service, this strange behavior occurs.

I added it to the list of new tasks for the next version.
