English version doesn’t work

    Hi!

    I installed the free version of this plugin in order to translate my italian version to the english option that this plugin offer. Everything worked perfectly for the first few months but now the english pages don’t load, they give me a white screen.

  • Hello Elvira,

    Could you please run a conflict test? Disable all other plugins and keep only translatepress active. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    The problem may be your implementation of the ajax that change languages on the same page without refreshing the page.
