English Update?

Hi Community!

I had created a Website with WordPress in Italian language, and always upload it with “one click” method in the same language; yesterday I wanted to upload to the version 4.2.2 but I had see that WordPress proposed to upload in the english language, someone can explain me why?

And is repeated two times, you can see it in the image.
So I’m a bit warred to do this update, I wish not to broken everything because I’m not an expert.. I have a Backup but….
