    First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for your product. I purchased the “THEMEGRIL AGENCY” plan (lifetime version) and overall, it is satisfactory.

    However, you might wonder why I gave a 1-star rating? The reason is that, in the era of ChatGPT and technological advancements, I am very disappointed to see that WPEverest does not take the time to translate their plugins. I am specifically referring to User Registration and WPForms.

    Although you provide documentation for translating the plugins, have you seen the number of fields this involves? Your customers choose you to save time, not to waste it on managing translations. Even using Loco Translate with Google APIs, the translations are too inaccurate…

    I hope that one day you will take this criticism into account.

    We appreciate your feedback regarding the User Registration plugin. As a plugin developer, we have resources to translate our plugin only into our Native language as WordPress demands a fluent speaker of the language. Volunteers across the world are dedicated to translating the plugins to the language they speak or use of. The process involves a translator translating the plugin to their language and then a higher authority of the Translation Community approves the translation.

    We have our plugin translated to some languages in this fashion. Volunteers across the world did this job as they desired. It is seemingly impossible for us to look for volunteers of all the world’s languages and ask them to translate our plugin.

    Due to this fact, we have made our plugin 100% translatable so that the users can use translation plugins like WPML, Polylang, LocoTranslate, etc to translate the plugin as per their requirements.

    We can’t use AI, or other resources to translate the plugin as it is tough to be approved by the community. Please check the screenshot in the link below for reference.

    Also, WPForms isn’t a product of WPEverest. You must have been confused due to the initials.

    I meant EverestForms instead of WPForms. Also, I plan to switch to WPForms because they translate their plugin.

    Btc, If later you have $25 to translate your texts, you can find motivated people on Fiverr.

    Thank you for the suggestion. The premium version of the plugin is translated to 8 different languages. We are working on translating our premium version to more languages.
