Enforcing default block in block directory search

I have a plugin I made for adding infinite scroll within a query loop block which includes 3 blocks:
- Infinite Scroll
- Loading Posts
- No More Posts
I had the plugin approved for the block directory and it appears when searched with one issue. When you search for “infinite scroll”, it returns the “Loading Posts” block instead of the “Infinite Scroll”. Not only does this add confusion, it does not properly add the block to document because the “Loading Posts” block needs to be nested inside the “Infinite Scroll” block.
Is there a way to enforce which block shows up when searching?

The WordPress REST API seems to use the first block:
