Enforce strong passwords?

Hi,
I can’t find anything on enforcing strong password requirements.

What are the password requirements when enforcing strong passwords options?

Is it 12 characters, min. one upper case letter, min. one lower case letter?

I’m trying to use this information to decide if all members should use a strong password or not. But this depends on the strong password requirement.
