Enforce 2FA

How would I redirect all users to /my-account/wp2sv-setup/ if they have 2FA disabled? (after login of course)

I’m thinking this might be a fairly easy function to add to functions.php and it could even allow us (with minor coding skills) check for user roles and registration time to allow for grace period etc. Then this plugin would have a few more use cases.
