    Most conspicuously, the caching mechanism conflicts with WPtouch to the point of being unusable, and sadly the plugin author has not shown an interest in fixing this, despite the fact that the plugin claims to integrate with WPtouch. W3 Total Cache, while not perfect in its own right, is both more reliable and better supported.
