• I have everything connected to Facebook and to a new pixel. I tried to create a product feed for my shop (494 products in total) but it has been endlessly loading the feed for mover than 34 hours now. Both Facebook and Pixel Caffeine continue to say that the feed is being loaded.

    Hi,

    please, try the “Save in background” option in order to save the feed in a background process that gives you the ability to use the website as normal while it is saving the feed. You will have feedback on saving status in the product catalog page.

    To enable it, find the option Save in background in the “Advanced options” box (screen https://snag.gy/2JV3FR.jpg) in creation or editing form and enable it.

    I am having this issue as well. Additionally, there doesn’t seem to be a “save in background” option in the latest version 2.0.4.

    On my PRODUCT CATALOG page, it just says “The feed is refreshing, this process may take a few minutes!” with a spinner. It’s been running hours and it is only showing 3 products added (I have more than 50).

    Whats more troubling though is that 1) there doesn’t seem to be a way to cancel or reset this function. Additionally, I cannot find any documentation about this feature, so it’s hard to know what I may be doing wrong, if anything.

    Please help.
