Endless sending

After clicking on the “Send” button, the sending continues indefinitely. That is, the circle is constantly spinning, but the notification of successful submission of the form does not appear. At the same time, a message is sent to the administrator’s email. All settings are by default. If you select an SMTP server, then everything works as it should, but the emails do not arrive.
