• So I upgraded, because you told me to, and it messed everything up!

    So I re-installed the older version, that used to work, and now it doesn’t. :\

    I can go through the entire process, entering credit card info on PayPal, then it sends me back to my site to confirm the order.
    Text at the top of the screen:
    You are almost done! Please do a final review of your order to make sure everything is correct then click the “Confirm Payment” button.

    Then it shows my order and shipping info, but at the bottom I get:

    Whoops, looks like you skipped a step! Please go back and try again.

    I did not skip a step.
    Clicking that link takes me back to the Checkout page, but only shows the Continue Checkout button. Clicking that takes me to PayPal and we start the story over again.

    What step does it think I skipped? How can I fix this?

    Hopefully I get a reply quicker than a week….

    We’re still working on that update that I was referring to in the other thread.

    We have multiple developers working on this and update will be released as soon as possible, hopefully the update will fix the issue you’re having.
