    Hi,

I’m using this plugin with a custom trigger (<a href="#fb-messenger">Chat Now</a>), and I just noticed that when the user currently isn’t logged in on facebook, the popup after the trigger just gives an endless loading message …

Ideally, it should give the user a popup to log in on facebook. Is that possible?

Less ideally, if the user isn’t logged in on fb, my custom trigger should be hidden. You guys know of a conditional statement or something to achieve this?

    Thanks in advance!

This can’t be handled by the plugin as FB does not provide such options.

I can’t reproduce your issue. On our installations if you are not loggedin to FB, there is an option to login as this screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/HQjGt

Can I have your URL to take a look?

    Thanks for your answer.

Strange… the screenshot you give is what I need, but don’t get… You can check it here: https://aromacorner.be/ (click on “Vragen? Stel ze hier!” in the bottom right corner).

Works fine for me. You may need to clear your browser’s cache. https://imgur.com/a/w7h3q

I did some further testing and you seem to be right… I was testing it in Firefox’ private browsing mode, but this seems to be the only non-working way.

    So I’ll blame Mozilla ??

    Resolved. Thanks!
