When I select the SG Optimizer Plugin it never finishes loading the options. I get an endless loading circle for some reason. I have deactivated the plugin, deleted it, manually installed it and activated it again but it still never loads. The plugin is completely unusable no matter how long I let it sit and load. I should note that https is enabled on my site but I don’t remember the last option that I clicked to force the loading screen. This is the only plugin that I have issues with. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I checked your site and everything works as expected. The plugin settings page is loading very fast and I was able to enable/disable all optimizations.

Would it be possible to clarify what do you mean with never finishes loading the options.

    Hi Stanimir,

Thanks for your reply but it is still not working for me. When I click on the plugin it never loads the settings so that I can’t actually change them. I don’t know how else to describe it other than the only thing that I can actually see is a white background with a loading circle in the middle. I uploaded a screenshot to my site here: https://mcfizzy.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/sg-loading.png
That is the only screen I see no matter how long it loads.

    I understand.

Could you please open the page in incognito mode or try with another browser?
Btw which browser do you use?

Is it possible to check for any errors in the browser console?

I guess that there is an error that prevents our script to load the plugin page.

    Stanimir,

So I’m using Chrome and it does work in Incognito mode but still no luck otherwise. I also tried Internet Explorer and it worked there too.I checked the browser console but I’m honestly not sure what to look for regarding errors. The only thing that shows up in the console is that JQMigrate is installed and its version.

Since there are no errors in the console, that’s 100% issue with your local browser cache. Please, delete it completely, restart the browser and login to your WordPress site. Everything should work fine. Here’s an article on how to clear your browser cache:

Another possible cause is some sort of a browser extension / plugin that causes problems but I would expect lines in the console in that cases. Won’t hurt to check it too anyway.
