Endless Loading on “edit” function for an album

I’ve been trying to access the same page for days to do a quick edit on a client’s website. I cannot seem to get past the loading bar. The plugin is fully updated as is WordPress. Given the great lengths of research into similar issues on your support page, and zero results, I would appreciate a timely response with a valid solution.
