• Hi! Our site registration and login forms when you try to fill them up and then register or login it just loads and doesn’t seem to connect with the database? I tried to register a new user still the same, also I tried to log in with existing user credential but it just loads forever and I checked the error log, it hasn’t been modified and no error was logged. Please help me, thank you!

    It looks like your WordPress site is not talking to the server. There might be a possibility of missing the server variable in your wp-config.php file.

    Thank you so much for the response, I will try to implement it however, we are planning to migrate it to same hosting but another domain do you think we need to address it before migrating, or could it be fixed since the new domain is connected to a new server? Idk if I’m making sense but I’m just curious. Thank you again. God Bless!

    Hi! I tried to implement the one in the link and it doesn’t seem to address the bug. Since my register and login, pages are on frontend and my login for admin just works fine.

    I have registered on your site smoothly and I can log in too.

    I have checked the registration and login functionality of the website. It has some issues with the job board plugin scripts and data response hooks. Also some of the library script files returns 404 error. You can follow the below steps to fix the issues.

    1. Please de-activate the “WP Job Board” plugin

    2. Upload latest version of plugin and activate it.

    3. Test the registration and login modules.

    4. Hope it helps

    Hi! Sundar, thank you so much for checking the site. I don’t have the current version of the plugin as it is prepackaged with the theme when we bought it. Can we perhaps just deactivate and reactivate it again? I ran a sucuri scan on my website and it didn’t detect any site issue nor the 404 and I’m not really familiar with the inner workings of the data response hook.

    Hi! @khushbu1983 Thank you for checking the website out. I was able to log in already, but it still loads so much however, one thing I observed was that there are some pages that I get logged out from, and to be honest, I don’t know how to address it anymore.

    I don’t experience this issue now after deactivating my cache plugin and deleting it the migrated to a new domain. Perhaps, the problem was with WP-Optimize. I would have wanted to keep it but I’m afraid the same issue will occur. Thank you for all your help!
