Endless errors attempting to import subscribers.

I recently had a free domain name hosted by WordPress.com, and near the end of December I switched to paid hosting and a new domain. I imported my site and its content fine, but I have received nothing but failures when attempting to transfer my previous subscribers.
I’ve attempted every possible method, both manual and importing using a .csv file. Most of the time, I was immediately sent an email saying Jetpack “hit a snag” when importing with no other details and direction towards generic support with no relevant advice.
Except I don’t even get that anymore. Now when I attempt to import subscribers, I get the usual notification that they’ll send me an email when they’re done, and I simply receive… nothing. No success email, and not even a failure email.
I have no idea what the problem is, and Jetpack’s support hasn’t helped. My subscriber list does not have any deleted accounts or spambots.Thank you for looking into this.
