endless animated loading icon after submitting answers

  • hello, this is the best free plugin i found for quizzes. But, i have a problem, after i completed the quiz, i click on submit and it shows the animated loading icon and it never stops, i get the email that i took the quiz, but the email to the admin is not sent since the animated loading icon never stops moving, any idea how to fix it?

    I figured out I had to remove some variables from the email template that is sent to the admin (in my case). I guess the plugin gets stuck since it can’t pull the data requested in the email template and it keeps trying nonstop, so the results are never sent. Try removing variables one by one till it works, I hope this helps…

    Hmmm… it doesn’t seem that’s the problem in my case. I turned off sending emails to both User and Admin and the problem remains.
