    Is there an option to automatically end the add 24 hours – 30 days ?

    By default the Ads will expire after 30 days, you can change that value in wp-admin / Classifieds / Options / Core panel.

    No they cannot, only admin can set how long Ads will be visible, he can do this either from:
    – wp-admin / Classifieds / Options / Core
    – wp-admin / Classigieds / Options / Payments when configuring listing types
