End of year reporting

I must be missing something, but how do i get a report at the end of the tax year to show how much commission ive kept as the store owner?
Ie how much ive kept from all vendors after sending payouts? Ie admin fees

The reports page doesn’t show this info at all, and the orders page has the info i need, and i thought great ill just export a csv of all the orders, and ill sum up the “admin fee” column and ill have my value. But the csv only exports the 25 orders on that page that are visible, i have 48 pages, i cannot download them all one by one?

So what am i missing here? Where is the data i need for tax purposes?
