End of trial while I have a premium licence

Hello,
Since today got a message informing me that the trial is going to end while I have subscription that allows me to have 3 websites. I have this message only on the last website I’ve added. Also, in my cleantalk dashboard the spam stats do not appear compared to the other website and have the following error message : “waiting for first comment, registration or contact” .
