Plan to have an update shortly. Next month or so.
One thing to note is that this plugin had updates disabled, so you will manually need to update it once it is available.

Does it work with Formidable Pro and can we use for select forms?

I’d like to use this as well but the form also has a payment section using authorize.net. Will the 2 work together?

You can use on certain forms and only on individual fields within the form. Lots of other things to make it work with payment gateways and for different use cases.
