Encoding Special Characters

    I am facing an issue using Wp-Sheet Editor. My website is based on German and I have Blogs in German language on it. But mostly I have Import large numbers of data using Import feature of wp sheet editor. And as you know German Language has some special characters in the alphabets and when I upload CSV it converts special character into “?”. Help me in this please
